How to do Facial Exercises Effectively
Do you wonder why the skin on the face is usually the first part of the body that forms wrinkles and fine lines? This is because the muscles and skin of the face is constantly moving in similar directions when we talk or express what we feel. With the constant folding of the skin in one direction, together with the decrease of the skin's elasticity as we grow older, the face becomes easily prone to sagging and forming wrinkles.

Once this happens, the skin is able to stretch further thus reducing and even eliminating the presence of wrinkles and sagging skin. This is similar to how bodybuilders and athletes have tight skin on their bodies due to their well-toned muscles.

You will not be exposing your face to any synthetic chemicals that may have adverse effects to your body in the future. The risks of undergoing surgery are also avoided by doing these exercises. The right way to do facial exercises is by stretching your skin in ways that it is not normally done. This causes your skin to be folded in new ways thus reducing the chances that wrinkles will be formed due to the same folding of the skin. this also stretches your muscles to it limit, which allows it to increase its tone and exert a greater pulling forec on your skin.
Some ideas as to how to do these exercises is by pulling down on your eyelidswhile raising your eyebrows as high as you can. This helps eliminate wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. Be sure to do enough repetitions of this exercise, as well as hold each pose for a few seconds to fully benefit from this.
For the lips and cheek, you can try alternating the shape of your mouth into and O shape and smiling as hard as you can. This helps tone your cheeks and make your lips appear fuller. Pulling down on the cheeks while smiling and tilting the head back is also another variation of this exercise. As with the above exercise, hold each pose for a few seconds and do at least 10 repetitions.
