How to Maintain Young Looking Skin Through Exercising One's Face
People often always notice the face especially during first meet ups or even when people are first introduced to each other. It is important to note that one's face always leave the first impression that you should always be at its best whenever possible.
Aging is something inevitable and this is manifested and can actually be seen in the skin. The skin will lose its glow and suppleness that people drink supplements or opt to surgery for that to not happen. These operations and supplements are said to help in maintaining your skin young looking however they can be quite costly and may also be painful. Since they are costly, people who can't afford these methods may think that they no longer have the chance to keep their skin young and renewed.
The good news is that there are ways to keep your face young looking without having to spend an arm and a leg! With simple facial exercises done everyday right at the convenience of your home we can achieve looking young forever!
The first tip is to drink lots of fluids daily, preferably water of about eight glasses. Water is good for one's body since it improves oxygen and blood circulation, thus encouraging the development of new skin. Thus, if your skin is well hydrated, then you are sure to have nice skin. With lots of water supply, you are also sure that the toxins in your body are removed especially during perspiration, and this mechanism helps in making your skin beautiful.
Next, develop a habit of exercising everyday. Exercise not only keeps you healthy it also makes you happy! Exercising encourages the body to renew itself. Good blood and oxygen circulation makes all our bodily functions to perform at their best. Regeneration of hormones and cells are developed. New skin cells form pushing out old ones resulting to young looking skin. Once you start feeling the effects of exercising, your predisposition improves and you have a feeling of elation!
Like the other parts of the body, the face can also be exercised and thus, you can also expect the effects of exercise on one's face. Exercises on one's face are easy and will not take most of your time. You just have to be disciplined in doing them daily to enjoy long term effects.
You can do your facial exercises after washing of face. This and the time after taking a bath are the best times to do the exercises since the skin is most relaxed, hydrated and soft during this time. In massaging your face, it is best to use oil, creams or lotions for the face. The massage should start at your forehead to your temples in a rotating motion with the use of your palms. The routine should be done on both the upper and lower part of your forehead twice.
Then with your 3 middle fingers of both hands start with rotating them on your temples gently moving upward to the scalp. Do this procedure 3 times. Press your eyebrows using your middle and index fingers starting from the nose bridge going the opposite direction. Repeat 3 times. Then use your right hand and sweep your forehead towards the opposite direction. Alternate with your left hand and repeat this routine 3 times. Do these exercises everyday and eventually you will feel your skin getting taut, soft and young looking.
